About me

I am an advanced development engineer @Thales_Nederland.

I hold a PhD in applied mathematics from TU Berlin, where I worked in the group FG Modellierung, Simulation und Optimierung realer Prozesse of Prof. Dr. Tobias Breiten. The position was given by the DFG as part of the daedalus group. The topic of my project dealt with the development of cool algorithms for making hard models computationally accessible. My research had connections with systems & control theory, model order reduction, numerical linear algebra, and approximation theory.
